Condominium Property Manager
(Calgary Office, permanent / full time)
Asset West…we are proud to be one of Alberta’s premier Residential & Condominium Management firms. We have offices in both Canmore and Calgary.
We are looking for the right individual to join our growing professional real estate management team in Calgary as a Condominium Property Manager.
As a self starter taking pride in yourself and your work, you will possess the ability to prioritize, effectively communicate, multi task, and meet deadlines, you will work well in a team based environment, have strong attention to detail, understand the true meaning of customer service, and be proficient in working within a Windows software environment.
General responsibilities of a Condominium Manager include: attendance and input at Board of Directors Meetings, proactive property inspections, co-ordination and follow up on required property maintenance & contracts, addressing and helping to resolve condominium owner queries, as well as the preparation and completion of Monthly Client / Manager Reports.
A background in Hotel Management or, an understanding of Real Estate and/or Construction, and/or current/previous Alberta Real Estate Licensing will be considered strong attributes.
