No one likes to have report Condominium Bylaw Infraction, and we realize that in doing so you as an owner have reached a level of frustration.
All complaints must be submitted by the registered unit owner or their legal representative (Lawyer, Property Manager etc).
To best assist us in helping you and your condominium, please review and complete the form below, then click on “submit” (please ensure all fields of the form are completed)
If you have a photograph of the Bylaw Infraction, this will greatly assist us and your Board of Directors in reviewing and addressing your submitted complaint.
Once we have reviewed your submitted complaint, it is then provided to your Board of Directors for final review, and their approval to send out a formal Bylaw Infraction Notice to the offending unit owner.
Bylaw Infractions are typically processed every Thursday. Please allow 4 to 5 business days for your reported infraction to be processed and notice issued.
