INSPECTIONS
Your property is inspected regularly by a CPM®. Inspections and meetings with condo boards and on-site managers are scheduled in order to be proactive about maintenence and to avert unnecessary and expensive breakdowns.

Asset West has a 24-hour emergency service, and a trained, courteous team that can address all unit-owner concerns.

MONTHLY OPERATING STATEMENTS AND REPORTS
On about the tenth working day of each month, an operating statement of the previous months activity is mailed to you outlining income, expenses and proceeds with copies of all invoices attached.

BOARD MEETINGS/ MINUTES
All scheduled board meetings are attended by a professional manager who is a specialist in condos and will take and distribute minutes of your scheduled meetings.
